Practices Forbidden in the School
- Gifts to teachers only with the principal’s knowledge and consent.
- Bell Bottom Pants, Are Not Allowed
- No commercial activity allowed, including selling, promoting products, or representing companies.
- Selling tickets, distributing notices, or collecting money requires the Principal’s permission.
- Only textbooks or library books are allowed; no other literature.
- Inappropriate books or images can lead to expulsion.
- No disturbance-causing items: firecrackers, water pistols, electronic gadgets (cameras, mobile phones, iPods).
- Jewelry, BIG KADDA, Razor BLADES and valuable items ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- Campus politics or political elections are forbidden. Leaders chosen by Principal’s appointment or school-approved processes.
- No personal adornments like mehandi or nail polish.
- Wrist watches not allowed for students from LKG to Standard IV.
Attendance or Absence
- Leave note required for absence: Inform the school if your child is absent (even for one day).
- Absence without permission may be penalized: Principal’s approval is needed for planned absences.
- Long holiday attendance mandatory: Students must be present on the first day after long holidays like Diwali.
- Measures to prevent large absences: Principal can take steps to address high absenteeism during holidays.
- Discouraged to miss school for social gatherings: School discourages missing school for social events.
- Medical certificate needed for illness absence: Doctor’s note required for absences due to illness.
- Leaves only granted for valid reasons: Only genuine reasons will be approved for absence.
Disciplinary Measures
- Mandatory Discipline for Institutional Climate: Discipline is essential for fostering an environment conducive to the intellectual, cultural, and personality development of students.
- Parent and Guardian Cooperation: Required collaboration with school authorities to enforce discipline and regular attendance.
- Student Conduct Expectations: Students must exhibit good behavior and conduct; disobedience or conduct negatively affecting the school’s moral tone may lead to dismissal.
- Grounds for Dismissal:
- Persistent insubordination or repeated willful mischief.
- Malpractice in examinations, serious indiscipline, misbehavior, or having an unwholesome influence on peers.
- Process Before Dismissal
- Two official written warnings for less serious offenses.
- Dismissal may be permanent or for a specified period depending on the offense
- Disciplinary Proceedings for Disobedience: Light disciplinary actions aimed at restriction, requiring parental understanding and cooperation.
- Parental Sensitivity to Corrective Measures: Parents who are sensitive to disciplinary actions should communicate with the Principal in writing.
Punctuality
- Be on time and attend school regularly. Once at school, stay within the school grounds unless you have permission from the principal to leave.
- Respect assembly and transition times. Line up quietly at the first bell and maintain silence during assembly. Move between classes in an orderly and quiet manner.
- Treat others with respect. Avoid shouting, quarreling, or using rude language towards your classmates or anyone else at school.
- Keep things calm inside the building. Running inside the school can be dangerous, so refrain from doing so.
- Remember, rules are important! Breaking them regularly will lead to disciplinary action, so it’s best to follow them for a smooth and safe school experience.
Late Comers
- Students who are not present for the assembly for three consecutive days will be treated as late comers and such students may be asked to go back home immediately. Delay by the conveyance is not an excuse in this regard.
Damage to School Property

- Maintaining Cleanliness
- Keep the school premises, including classrooms and outdoor areas, clean and free from damage.
- Avoiding Vandalism
- Do not engage in writing or scribbling on walls, desks, or benches.
- Refrain from throwing paper, spilling ink, or causing any form of damage to school facilities such as laboratories, library books, and furniture.
- Responsibility for Damages
- Students responsible for damaging school property will be required to fully compensate for the damages.
- Such incidents will be dealt with seriously and may involve disciplinary action.

- The school will enforce strict measures to discourage any form of destructive behavior among students, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
